Reclaim Holdings started with a simple idea: our community deserves to own what it builds. Too often, the people who put in the work don't get to keep what they create, whether that's a business, a building, or a piece of the neighborhood's future. We're here to change that.
This isn't a top-down plan. It's a ground-up effort, built by the people who live here, work here, and plan to stay here. We're starting small, staying honest about where we are, and growing step by step toward something lasting.
How We're Structured
Reclaim Holdings operates as a dual-structure platform:
A C-Corp holding company paired with a nonprofit governance arm. The C-Corp side builds and holds community businesses and assets.
The nonprofit side keeps the initiative accountable to the community it serves, guiding decisions and making sure growth stays true to the mission.

Co-Owner, Salud Market
James Miller is a community advocate, entrepreneur, and the co-founder of Salud Market Buffalo. Driven by a mission to combat local food disparities, James launched the health market alongside his wife, Marielyn Santiago-Miller, to provide affordable access to fresh produce, natural juices, and wellness products in under-resourced Buffalo neighborhoods. As a dedicated Black business owner, his work extends beyond retail into legislative advocacy, where he actively champions initiatives like the New York State FRESH Communities Act to secure long-term food equity for his community.

David Eldridge Sr. is the co-founder of Percy’s Lawn Care & Son, a trusted family business serving Buffalo and Western New York for over 25 years. Built on hard work and reliability, the company provides full-service landscaping, seasonal cleanups, and winter snow removal. David runs the multi-generational business alongside his son, ensuring every residential and commercial property receives meticulous care. As a proud Buffalo local, he treats every customer like family and takes pride in keeping local neighborhoods beautiful year-round.
